A hidden jewel in the heart of Laguna Niguel, Laguna Design Center (LDC) is a unique venue for your micro-events, wedding, corporate event, or non-profit gala. Featuring six outdoor courtyards, overhead bistro and market lighting, waterfall sculptures, and fountains, we have multiple covered and outdoor patios available to accommodate your event needs. From intimate cocktail parties to theater-style business presentations, and from outdoor weddings and receptions to non-profit special events, Laguna Design Center is the ideal setting for your celebration, meeting, or annual event.

Laguna Design Center is also perfect for those who desire guidance from talented and creative event specialists who can turn your vision into a reality. A list of pre-screened and qualified preferred partners is available for those who wish to bring in outside vendors. Whether you’re looking for simple and affordable or elegant and extraordinary, this venue will deliver for you.

In addition to being a unique site for your special event, booking with LDC includes many other benefits that will help ensure your event reality matches your vision.

  • Celebrate all night without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. Thanks to LDC’s quiet non-residential location, we have no noise ordinance limitations.
  • Toast to your donors, guests, or employees on weekday evenings between 3:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m., or book your event between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on weekends. Please note, the Water Courtyard is only available from 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., seven days a week.
  • Enjoy the flexibility and freedom of working with our trusted and talented exclusive partners or bring in outside vendors that best suit your wants and needs. Please note, outside caterers, bar vendors, A/V vendors, and/or other rental vendors will require an outside vendor fee, a release form, and insurance, and must be coordinated by Wow! Events.
  • Venue rental includes up to two complimentary on-site planning meetings with our event management company, WOW! Events, after booking your event.
  • Your venue will be available for a one-hour rehearsal at no additional cost (based on availability).
  • Laguna Design Center offers a large, complimentary parking lot of 500 spots surrounding our facility on all sides.
  • Power/electricity is included with all venue rentals. (Nature & Circle Courts may require addition power at an additional cost.)
  • A $500 cleaning fee will be added to the venue rental fee. Janitorial services will be taken care of for you, so you don’t have to worry about clean up after your event.
  • Laguna Design Center is an easily-accessible, ADA-compliant street-level event space with easy load-in and convenient guest access. Note for furniture entry and removal: doorways are a generous 6.5’H x 9’W.


  • Pricing discounts are available on the simultaneous rental of multiple event spaces.
  • You are welcome to schedule your event beyond the eight-hour rental for an additional $500/hour.
  • We also offer exclusive use of the entire facility, if desired. Just ask our on-site event management company, WOW! Events.
  • If your organization is a non-profit, we are happy to provide a venue rental discount of 10% with proof of 501(c)(3) status.
  • LDC is not available for rental on major holidays including Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. New Years Eve events will incur an additional rental fee.

LDC Will Provide

  • A beautifully-landscaped and well-appointed venue.
  • Rentals, catering and audio-visual can be included in your venue rental at an additional fee, or you have the option of paying an outside vendor to bring in these services.
  • The flexibility to use our exclusive and preferred partners or outside vendors of your choice in order to bring your event to life.
  • All LDC-exclusive and preferred partners have been pre-screened and qualified, and are trusted and reliable.

Client Will Provide

  • All events booked at LDC are required to have or hire a professional event planner. Our trusted, preferred partner list has options if you need them.
  • You will need to order any required on-site security for the duration of your event through our on-site event management company, WOW! Events. Events including alcohol require one guard per 100 guests.
  • A $500 cleaning fee will be added to the venue rental fee.
  • A non-refundable deposit is due when you contract the venue.
  • A $500 refundable security/damage deposit is required with your balance due payment.
  • Your balance due is required to be paid 21 days prior to your event date If by check, and 14 days prior if by credit card. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure this payment is received on time.
  • Credit card payments are accepted and will incur a 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard & Discover, and a 4% fee for American Express.
  • All weddings are required to hire a professional wedding planner. This individual must be booked at least 60 days prior to the event and provide general insurance and a copy of their business license. The planner may not be an invited guest.
