Thomas Lavin Now Representing Karin Sajo Paris

The universe of Karin Sajo mixes influence & inspiration, then goes through eras and cultures, exploring folklore prior to being translated into collections, emotions, and sensitivity with a poetic and contemporary accent.

Sajo, always having a passion for color, spent her childhood next to her father, who was a painter, and extended her experience by working for many years in Haute Couture, notably at Studio Dior and Jean Paul Gautier. Everything becomes a source of creativity, all in order to express her talent as a colorist, always in subtle tones, with very beautiful materials, enhanced with a touch of impertinence and audacity borrowed from fashion.

Featured here: Double Pointe – Large rectangular frames set at regular intervals on a beautiful, wide-width cotton-linen voile, are decorated with an unusual studded pattern. The motif, composed of a double line of colored dots in bourdon stitching, echoes the embroidered monograms found on antique linen or metis sheets. Available in four colorways.
