Shine by S.H.O’s 10-Year Anniversary Celebration

Shine by S.H.O, a premium home décor brand based in Orange County, Calif., celebrated its 10th Anniversary with an unveiling of its 2014 Collection. The elegant luxury upholstery items, case goods and lighting fixtures were recently admired by attendees, including notable community members and interior decorators, at the Laguna Design Center. The event was held in collaboration with LUXE Magazine and helped to raise funds and awareness for The Illumination Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to ending the cycle of homelessness in Orange County.

The evening hosted a raffle of luxury goods, from Dayna Decker Candles to Shine by S.H.O decorative pieces, to benefit the Illumination Foundation. Katie Rootleib, director of communications and development for the Illumination Foundation, shared startling statistics about homelessness in the community and stories of struggle and triumph to the guests of the event. Together, Shine by S.H.O. and the Illumination Foundation raised nearly $2,000 to help fund programs to get homeless families off the streets and into permanent housing.

The Shine by S.H.O 2014 10-Year Anniversary collection is the largest the brand has launched to date, with over 30 upholstered pieces, case goods and lighting fixtures. The collection features neutral color palettes and rich texture combinations, such as mixed matte and shiny metal.
