LDC Welcomes “The Big Picture”

Don’t miss photographs of some of the most alluring actors of the ‘50s and ‘60s at the height of their sex appeal, on exhibit now in the Visitor Center, Suite 105.

This curated John R. Hamilton collection includes shots of John Wayne relaxing on set, Steve McQueen driving his Porsche, Paul Newman reading between takes, Clint Eastwood enjoying breakfast in bed, and Dean Martin playing classical guitar. The recently uncovered collection allows access into the behind the scenes world of stars at work and play.

In celebration, Barclay Butera and Ray Langhammer of renowned Barclay Butera Interiors, a recognized supporter of the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, are graciously designing inspired seating areas around the artwork in their own iconic manner, procuring gorgeous furniture and accessories exclusively from Laguna Design Center showrooms.

“The Big Picture” collection is a collaborative effort by and between the John R. Hamilton collection, Laguna Design Center, John Wayne Enterprises, and the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, Laguna Design Center’s 2017 Entertaining by Design Charity Partner.
