FAQs

Is Laguna Design Center open to the public?

The Laguna Design Center continues to be committed to serving the design professional and our showrooms cater to the trade. We do, however, encourage the public to visit and experience the quality and variety of our high-end products. Each showroom has separate policies regarding the necessity of a designer facilitated purchase. Even if a showroom makes their products available at retail pricing, we encourage the use of a design professional to assist in making your home the showcase you desire.

How can I shop at Laguna Design Center if I’m not a design professional?

If you are interested in luxury home furnishings, you may browse all of the Laguna Design Center showrooms.  If you are working with a designer, we invite you to accompany your designer to the Laguna Design Center.  If you are not currently working with a designer, the Laguna Design Center has a Designer Request Form and would be happy to assist you in the process of finding a qualified interior designer best suited for your needs.  For more information on this program, we invite you to stop in the Visitor Center located in suite 105.

How can I purchase from Laguna Design Center if I am not a designer?

Visitor Center
The LDC showrooms have their own respective policies regarding the necessity of a designer facilitated purchase. We highly encourage the use of a design professional to assist in making your home the showcase you desire. Please visit our Designer Request Form on our website or visit the Visitor Center located in suite 105 to allow us to help connect you with an interior designer who can meet your needs.  At the Visitor Center, you will be able to search our database of Featured Designers.

Showrooms
Some showrooms have designers on staff that can assist you with your design needs.  Inquire with the respective showroom manager to find out if this service is available within the showroom.

Studios
There are interior designers who office out of Design Studios at LDC and are on site throughout the day.  These designers can assist in designing a room, whole home, or facilitating a single purchase from LDC.

How do I know if I need an Interior Designer?

Interior designers are great for meeting their clients’ needs whether they need design professional to buy a single item or start a design project from the ground up. In order to help you choose a designer, visit our Find a Designer section and view our Featured Designers on the LDC website. For any questions call or visit the Visitor Center in suite 105.
